Official Fakes/Possible Fakes Inquiry Thread (ARE THESE FAKE? POST FAKES HERE)

How does that work though? Pretty much anything you buy has it stated pretty clearly that you are protected...so if the guy ****s off and closes the account you are **** out of luck? Doesn't make for a very good guarantee...

apparently people can take the money (probably an account w/ sketchy info) and close their account. usually you can open a paypal dispute if you dont get something. that guarantee goes away when theres no account to recover the money from. sucks, though

Hey all,

Is it true that if a pair of Oakleys dont have made in usa on the frames they're fake? I took a chance on a pair of A-Wires that were going cheap, they look ok but dont have made in usa anywhere on the frames, trying to take pics to put up but my camera is rubbish. Any tips on legitimising A-wires would be appreciated!

They only cost me £20 and i only bought them for when i dont want to risk wearing my juliets so wont be crushed if they are fake but would like to know either way.

I literally am still laughing as I almost fell out my chair. At least they're honest.
