Now I want to resale these but I've been asked why the Oakley logo is black, shoud be golden it seems.

Technically speaking, if you got yours from a store, you shouldn't have to explain anything if you can prove that. You can also try looking up your model on the Oakley.com site or Ebay and see what the other pictures look like of this pair. The SKU should be on one of the ear stems. Type those numbers in and see what pops up. If they all look like yours, ask the guy who's asking the question what he's smoking.
