The number you have shown is just for internal use at the factory. As stated above it is a chrome frame and looks authentic. The lens is incorrect but it could have been swapped or the pair could be a MPH as this model had a few different MPH's out then that I've seen.
Based on that text i would say fake.
The nose-bridge Icon Text is the wrong font and size.
