Official Fakes/Possible Fakes Inquiry Thread (ARE THESE FAKE? POST FAKES HERE)

Hi guys,

I've recently just started my Romeo collection and found these 2 pairs. They look real to me but would appreciate some honest feedback to verify if they're legit.

I'd say both look good. The tells on most fake R1's are flared tips on the earstems and usually some funky color combo. The markings all look good on both, they made some changes in the early production years and there was less consistency than later models. I would guess that is why they have slightly different finishes and serial colors.

They're likely Ti instead of Plasma but they look real. It'd be nice to see pics of the ends of the earstems as one more test but from the other pics you can tell they're real.

They look legit. If you could get the serial number you could find out the frame color for sure.

Classic example of a fake Juliet.

Check the:

- wrong angle on the orbital cut
- flared stem ends
- screws not rivets on the nose

The coin moulding is too rough too.

I've reported it but while it's still up, anyone unsure on a Juliet purchase can familiarise themselves with these points.

Correct. And the nose piece shouldn't be near solid at the top like that.
