Not from Ebay app, I don't think, but you can on Ebay website.
There is a link on item page 'Report Item'. You then get dropdown boxes. Select Copyright, then Counterfeit, then Fakes. You then get the option to say why they are fake.

Can anyone tag a member who might have some insight on Oakley Scalpels? They look legit but are missing the model number on the left arm. See my first post for more pictures. Looking to purchase Friday if they are deemed legit. Thanks!

From the pics, those Scalpels look OK.
Are you picking them up in person? When you have them in your hands you'll get a better impression of whether they are fake or not. The section of the earstem with the unobtainium is waaay bendy, so if a cheaper plastic has been used, you will tell from that. Plus from the overall feel of course.
Otherwise, they look OK from the pics, and if his story is true and they came directly from an event then, yeah, they might not have the SKU on them.
