No I meant someone here could purchase for you and forward it. But I just saw you’re in Bali, so shipping is probably $30 minimum, so it’s cost prohibitive

1.7 grams from lenses being a little too small? That’s a negative ghost rider. Return them based on Asia fit and get legit ones on clearance from Oakley. The printed model name concerns me, considering the Oakley site pictures don’t show that printing. Generational difference doesn’t sell me.

UPDATE: So I took them to my nearest Oakley Vault, they assured me the frames are Original but the lenses are fake.
Here is another link to an original pair of Chainlink Asian fit polished black frame with Iridium Lenses from Singapore. You can see the printing on the arm as previously described. I know the Carousel website is reputable sellers and Singapore in general it's hard to find counterfeit items.

Thats from Singapore not for me locally in Bali. That was just another example of an original pair with the same style of text inside the arms. I paid under $100 for mine. You guys in USA get a great price on Oakleys, overseas they are way more expensive. From US to UK they are normally the same in $ as GBP , Oakleys for $200 will cost 200 GBP, much more expensive. Also the same in Indonesia with crazy import taxes.

I have to go back to the seller, as he doesn't get payment until I click the "received and satisfied" button on the website. Similar to Ebay but your money is safer, the website holds it in escrow. If he refuses to give me a partial refund then I will start the complaint procedure. He will lose and will have to give me some money back, but I would rather fix it amicably. Something tells me he wont be happy about it, hahaha.
