Hey guys, what do you think about these? She said they are blue frames, but didn't know what type of oakleys. Look like Zero 0.4 but I wanted to be sure they were legit. No idea what to look for though.

looks like the cobalt frame, New (Gen 3) Zero 0.4 Squared.

Ok, so recently I had a pair of Romeo 1 Black Iridium (or so I thought ?) stolen from me. I decided to order a new pair from eBay. They showed up today, and when I opened the box, I found them to be somewhat different that what my original pair was like. The ones that arrived feel like they weigh a good bit less than my old pair did, and feel slightly smaller on my head. The "X Metal" etching on the lens also seems smaller, or harder to see. I'll throw a few pics of the old ones up, sadly these are the best pictures of the old ones I have. I'm fairly positive that my new pair are genuine, they have the raised "X" area on the inside nose bridge, and a readable serial. I can't for the life of me remember if the old ones had these features or not. Did they make fakes back in the early 2000s that had interchangeable nose pieces ? I do remember my old pair did come with those.

Annnnyway, here are the pics.

i find that the frame fit tightness varies between pairs abit for the romeo, especially dependent on the accuracy of the lens cut, as well as the gaskets /screws assmbly. the features (raised X, serial no.) are standard for all romeos, except a few without serial. lens etching wise i have seen a variety across models, and i suspect its generational between years (they must have changed machines or somehing at some point). post pics of your new ones.. your old ones look authentic enough.

The strangest thing for me is the weight... the new ones feel nice and light, I feel like the old ones were a bit heavier. I have heard that some of the fakes were still made of metal, I wonder if that could been the case with them. Here are the new ones :

That frame isn't fake. Could just be a custom swap.

Looks real to me. My pair doesn't have a serial.
