I think that is just part of the pattern
No X-Metal on the left, bottom left lens, no Serial(some Genuine don't ), not showing the Torx bolts. So, won't say anything untl you have got evidence of the above.

The x metal is there on the lens but yeah without some better pictures I would take a risk. Warranty frames had no serial numbers from my understanding but I'd still want to see the screws.

And put them on a set of scales?
I would say legit. More features of a genuine pair than would make me doubt them.
