I'm with @motoGP_fanatic on this, while I don't know anything about this particular pair of frames, based on what @GRFMotorsports said, they are similar to the E Wire, which I do have a few pairs of - the nose bombs should be connected to the frame not with a screw, but an indentation in metal nose piece holder.
From those close up photos you posted, that looks correct to me. You can confirm though, is there a screw holding the nose pads to the frame or like in my picture above, is it an indentation in the metal?
The frame is legit, not at all shady. I don't see any pic showing the nosebombs attached with a screw. The nosebombs are a little yellow from age, but that's it. I'm sure @GRFMotorsports will agree when looking at the closeups.thank u dear brother

Its good. For some reason on the first pic you posted it looked like they had screws in the nose bombs looking down. They be legit.
