With all the qualifiers he put in the description, my guess is he couldn't remember what they were or cost so he just started browsing ebay, saw a pair of Juliets and thought they looked like them, then based his description on that.

Looks like fakes. The last picture shows a fake Oakley case and the zig-zag edged cleaning cloth - both of which are common with the fakies.

When it came to the baseball prizm radarlock array (and I believe this is only case like this), Oakley etched the infield lens as such in order to quickly differentiate between it and the outfield lens. Outfield was only etched "prizm" though. Why? Who knows. But don't worry, as long as everything else looks good they're legit

Yeah I just got one of these and the "O" on the side is bigger and the "Made in USA" is painted and not part of the casting.Also the case is fake.Those cases go for $1.50,also there's no bag.
