Official Fakes/Possible Fakes Inquiry Thread (ARE THESE FAKE? POST FAKES HERE)

I swear I read in a comment on this forum, the original EJ (box stems) had 2 iterations: no stamp (like the previous poster) and stamp (like mine). The stamped versions, used the new formula = less brittle.

Any experts confirm?

All EJs with the squares hinges were old O matter

NEJ were the first ones to have the newer O matter

I have actually been gathering up pics and info to put together a comprehensive post about the Eye Jacket line. To answer your question YES, the original square hinge Eye Jackets had a Gen I and a Gen II. The one you have pctured in your post is a Gen II. The material they are made of however are the same. Both are brittle as hell.
