Official Fakes/Possible Fakes Inquiry Thread (ARE THESE FAKE? POST FAKES HERE)

I just got some new oil rigs from Amazon, but after doing a little research they seem to be sketch.

First problem I noticed was the packaging was incorrect. They are supposed to come in a brown box with stripes, and a matching bag. But mine came in just a flat black box and bag.

The second problem I seen was on the inside of the arm, it should say ‘made in USA’ but it does not and instead has a ‘CE’. I can also feel the seam in some places on the glasses

Lastly the only thing it came with was the black box and bag, there was no Oakley pamphlet inside…

These were advertised as being new and I thought Amazon was an official Oakley retailer, but I don’t feel very good about them now and I hope someone can help me figure out if the are real.

It’s got the right SKU.

Here is a picture of the seam I didn’t include. You can feel it especially near the bridge and left side
edit: i mean the left side of the sunglasses, so the the right side on the picture as they are upside down lol.

So you think they are fake? I dont really know what im doing or what to look for. This is the first nice sunglasses ive gotten lol. I still have a window to return them if they are not real.

Hoping someone can give me a bit more specifics because like the other post said it has correct SKU. I have a window to return them. Is there any other things i can check or photo angles i can take to relay more information to everyone?

Is the seam supposed to be completely invisible? Sorry for all the newbie questions, any doubt i have about the glasses is only half the doubt i have in myself to know what im looking at. Ive never even seen these glasses in person before to really know how things are supposed to be.

Here’s my opinion, you’re right about the box, if the box doesnt have a sticker on it with its name and sku and all that stuff, then its most likely a generic box and bag. (Outside companies may use generics to save money or if the real box was damaged or discarded) It should have also come with a warranty card and I think instructions on how to replace your lenses.
As for the the Rigs, not all Oakley Sunglasses have “Made in USA” on them since they have factories in Italy and China and a couple other countries, (but the bulk are made here). The real problem is the scum that make fakes know this and all the markings so this is where you have to decide if they feel right, as a collector I have purchased several fakes and each time they just did not feel right, O-matter is what Oakley makes their frames with and I can tell you for fact, they are strong as hell, they actually are made of several pieces that are fused together somehow so seams are normal for the most part.
(at your own risk) if you want to bend the arm it will not snap in pieces, if it does break easily they were fake.
All that aside, for some reason, the scum who make fakes leave hints for us to catch them, namely misspelling Oakley as Oakey, the fake oil rigs have colored icons on their arms, the serial # on the inside of the arm can be scratched off with a finger nail, again you will not easily remove that from real Oakley and lastly it has a friggin O on the lens, the only Oakley with an Ellipse on the lens are script, yours will not have an O on them.
I hope this answers your questions.

Okay thank you for the clarification. you have made me feel better about what i thought were discrepancies. I think i will order a new pair and return these ones since i have until the 31st of Jan. and in the process of looking so closely i noticed a tiny bubble/dot imperfection on the front of the frame just side of the lens.

Hopefully i can get the correct box/bag and the warranty card this time, but at least i know they will be real. seriously thank you for easing my doubts. My first pair of Oakleys! This is gonna be sweet.
