Yes they are real

I don't know if it's the camo or a crack in the frame. Have a closer look above the right lens (ebay zoom)

I looked around, and yeah they appear to be gen 1 wildberry n' milks, only thing I'm skeptical about is the "paint" job.. are they supposed to have more dot like white spots on them like the gen 2's? or is what is in the picture how they were made? anybody?

What about these, found them for $70, decent price and are they real? Also those are just smudges from not being wiped on the lense.

It depends what you're after. If it Jawbone/Racing Jacket/M Frame/Radar/Radarlock, then I can advise.
