Official Fakes/Possible Fakes Inquiry Thread (ARE THESE FAKE? POST FAKES HERE)

OK Matt,
This is my second attempt at this so hopefully this one take.
I placed an order with Sungalss Online/mysportyle.com (through facebook) on Monday 08/20 at 5:13 PM EST. The site has my order as “Confirmed,Payed,Unshipped” as of 08/21 05:13 (I assume since it may be overseas it’s 24 hr clock so it’s AM).
I became concerned when I noticed my paypal payee listed as “徐 进” but thought I should stand by and not be so paranoid (as I am prone to being). When 24 hours rolled around and I had no notification of my order I sent an email to both the address listed on paypal and also to the separate one listed on mysportyle.com. I then googled the address to find out it’s an apt. building in Atlanta, GA in a beat up neighborhood. So I then called the number on the site and the telephone company recording says “the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time, please try your call again later”.
Since I still have no communication from them and they have not shipped my product (website says they ship within 24 hours) I am going to file a dispute with paypal. I don’t expect a whole lot to come of it but recommend you hold off until I can post further so we are not both out our $$.
I really wish I had paid better attention to their site as I now see lots of spelling and grammatical errors that would normally be a red flag for me. Oh well. My loss is your lesson.

I was afraid it was too good to be true and until I found some reviews on them I wasn't going to order anything. In my life I've been burned more than once and when I think something is too good to be true I will research now. Thanks for the heads up and hope it all works out for you.

yeah, that mysportstyle is 100% fake, the monster dogs and whiskers look passable (from the photos) but the ones that they list as x-squared look more like the juliet style, but even then, they look so fake, the frame colors are way off, and no x-metals have the "oakley" logo across the nose bridge.

Not a bad fake, the flame pattern is close to being right but the nose stamp should be blue right? Aftermarket lenses. Correct?

I would say FAKE as well.
Icon color should match the flames color. Same with the nose stamp.
Lenses are not original, they do not look like old fire lenses.
The icon is thinner than an OEM.

But you are right, not a bad fake.

True, at least you know what you are getting with these.

It's still against eBay rules as the Oakley trademark (icon) is on the goods and he's titled them as Oakley Jawbone.
