Hi. Good day to all.. Just want to verify the authenticity of this oakley M Frame Livestrong edition.
ISSUE: The OAKLEY logo on the lense has an R after the Y. This is the first time ive seen this so could someone please verify. thanks.

HI, there was a recent post here that says that symbol ®, "R" is a sign it is actually fake. Oakley don't use that symbol after the name "OAKLEY".
Not true.....
Item 141726144113 on the bay. Obviously fake, messaged the seller, explained they were fake, he says "an Oakley rep confirmed their authenticity." I call B.S. I told him the screws on the nose bridge were a dead give away. Thankfully nobody has bid on them.

What's not true? The use of "R" or the post I'm referring to? This is a "help" thread, being vague is not very helpful imho.
UPDATE: Found it on post 3517.
The use of the "R" meaning its 100% fake. each pair must be looked at on a case by case basis. There are very few across the board, 100% always right ways to tell a fake.Similar threads
